NOVARTIS DRUG RECALL
January 10, 2012

Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots of over-the –counter products Excedrin, and NoDoz which are listed below that Brenham Wholesale Grocery Co. Inc. stocks.  The recalls are being implemented following consumers complaints of the presence of foreign tablets or chipped or broken tablets or gel caps.  For regulatory reporting purposes, it is important that you return this completed form, even if you do not have product to return.
